Barry is currently accepting new buyers and sellers. Barry limits the number of clients that he takes on at any one time so he can provide ’Red Penguin’ service to all his clients. Barry has a wealth of real estate experience. He had his first real estate license at 18 and has bought, sold, rented, renovated and flipped 18 properties. He knows what you are going through.

Barry understands that whether you are a first time home buyer, relocating, upsizing, downsizing, flipping, buying a vacation home or investing, buying or selling real estate can be stressful. Barry is enthusiastic about real estate and passionate about assisting his clients in making informed and prudent real estate decisions.

He has a Master’s of Business Administration from Pace University and a BA in Business Administration from Marist College.

Barry lives at beautiful Lake Royale with his wife Linda and two Labs (Roi and Gabby). They have 5 children and 5 wonderful grandchildren.

When he is not assisting his clients he enjoys boating, fishing, biking, hiking and spending time with family.

He is a member of St. Catherine of Sienna and the Knights of Columbus.

Barry brings years of experience and ’negotiating skills’ having been a ’Trusted Advisor’ to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, US Customs, and the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma and Fortune 500 companies assisting them in securing the US supply chain.
